I've had two visits from these guys and I can't say enough good things... They've been prompt, and haven't pressured or tried to upsell me on anything. Also, the rates for a visit and for work seem, from my scan of the marketplace, to be a very good deal. A nice touch-- I had them come out for an install which was a follow-up to a previous housecall, and without me mentioning anything there was $20 taken off the bill because it was counted as a follow up. Also, their online invoicing system is a breeze to use. This will be my go-to repair company unless something significant changes, and I'll recommend them to anyone who asks!
